Folding Gluing & Bundling Department :
1. Feeding department : If paper stuck when feeding, computer will make the plate up automatically and stop the ink transfer function. And the traditional feeding way, if feeding excessive warpage cardboard, paper stuck, the host is still in normal running and cause the printing plate repeat ink, must stop to brush version, and then start up work. This reciprocating greatly reduces the working efficiency, so waste paper rate rise, this functions can solve the problem.
2. Feeding air bellows air volume control : our company adopts the function of segment for providing the wind and stop the wind. The traditional air bellows has also set wind stop valve in the past, but wind-off effect is not ideal, to make leakage of the wind when don’t need the wind, the air suction is not enough when using the wind, make poor feeding, this bellows is the solution to the problem.
3. The tail of machine , the worker control the speed device, testing control lift paper & stop feeding device. The device means that when the worker adjust finish the paperboard, walked to the back output the paperboard part , to check if the carton printing and slotting position is suitable, if there are any problems, the worker can direct control the front feeding table to lift the paperboard and stop feeding in this place. If no problem, the worker can directly increase the speed to the normal speed, don’t need to run back and forth, and avoid the occurrence of carton scrap in time.
