The machine adopts the double frequency to adjust the speed , PLC central control, and matches with the high speed clutch, accurate operation control. The feeding system is equipped with powerful suction feeding, can transport the single and double pieces of paper. When the machine do two pieces of paper forming carton , the two pieces of paper can be glued in the dynamic molding (hot melt adhesive middle), three sides positioning and improving the accuracy . When the two pieces of paper joint together, the worker fold to form, at the same time the worker can manually correct the cross problem which carton was creased and cross with corrugated line, then enter into the pressing belt in the bottom of the machine and final forming. This machine only need two operation workers .

The normal package is plastic film. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If
container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
